One of our professionals will perform an assessment/damage report before and after your event. You or an individual you appoint must be present at the time the throne is delivered to sign the assessment/damage report. The appointed individual must be 18 years old or older to sign the assessment confirming the condition of the chair before and after your event. The same individual that has been appointed (you or appointed individual) must be present for BOTH assessments. In the event that a throne(s) are damaged during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. A signature will be required for both assessments (after arrival and during pickup).
